Final Forms Reminders for 2022-2023
Cory-Rawson Schools will begin using Final Forms for the 2022-2023 school year. Final Forms is an online portal that allows us to eliminate paper forms and better ensure that we have accurate student contact information. Any student information that changes throughout the school year can be changed by the parent/guardian through the website, which will alert our school secretaries giving us timely notification of needed updates. Additionally, for families with multiple students, information can be copied from one child to the next eliminating writer's cramp! On May 23, 2022, parents of students who will be in grades K-12 for 2022-23 received an email from Final Forms with instructions on how to login and use this system. Final Forms will be used for K-12 school registration and 7-12 grade athletics.
For 7-12 athletic registration, please complete prior to August 1 so that we can remain in contact regarding practices for the fall sports. Mr. Scott will upload the physical information for students who did their sports physical here at school May 18. Otherwise, those participating in sports can print their physical form or obtain one from the office here at school and return it completed by a medical provider.
K-12 school registration can be completed anytime between now and the start of next school year for all students.

Title IV-B Notice
The Cory-Rawson Local Schools will once again be receiving the Title VI-B funds. These funds are used to supplement special education and special needs programs already in place in the school district and county. This allocation is earmarked to help pay for the special education services Cory-Rawson Local School students receive through the Hancock County Educational Service Center. The school district would like to continue to use its Title VI-B money for this purpose. If you have any questions or comments pertaining to the use of these funds or our special education programs, please contact the superintendent's office.
